Survey

As-Built Survey Services:
FurniturePlan, Inc. will provide field measuring services as required and generate an AutoCAD drawing delineating the existing condition of the facility. FurniturePlan, Inc. will field verify any critical dimensions for electric, data or furniture and equipment placement as indicated on the project plans.
Field Survey Analysis:
FurniturePlan, Inc. will field survey the proposed office space to evaluate the existing conditions with respect to square footage, building systems and common areas and compare with the existing AutoCAD plan.
Budget Analysis:
FurniturePlan, Inc. will assist the client in determining the cost/benefit of a turn key lease by evaluating the proposed landlord fit-out with regards to the construction plans and proposed finishes submitted.
Inventory Services:
FurniturePlan, Inc. will field survey the project's existing office furniture and equipment to compose a list by quantity, make, model, finish and condition for re-use, management or disposal purposes.
Pre-Programming:
FurniturePlan, Inc. will meet with the client to gather information on personnel, departments, department adjacencies and shared services in the
proposed project.
